Repeat Prescription Request

If you do not have a Patient Access account, and have not registered with the NHS App, you can use this form to request any repeat prescriptions from the Practice.

Once issued, it will be sent electronically directly to your nominated pharmacy.

Please allow two working days for us to process your prescription request and at least two working days for your pharmacy to order and dispense your medication.

In future you may wish to consider either registering for our Online Services, or registering with the NHS App. Both these services remember which medications you are on and makes requesting repeat prescriptions faster and easier.

Electronic Prescription Service

Unfortunately, due to coronavirus we are currently unable to sign up new patients to this service, as we need to check identification in person at the surgery.

We are encouraging all our patients to sign up and use the NHS App, for which you do not need to visit the surgery.

You can use the NHS App to:

  • Get advice about coronavirus– get information about coronavirus and find out what to do if you think you have it
  • Consult a GP or health professional through an online form and get a reply
  • Order repeat prescriptions– see your available medicines, request a new repeat prescription and choose a pharmacy for your prescriptions to be sent to
  • check your symptoms– search trusted NHS information and advice on hundreds of conditions and treatments, and get instant advice and medical help near you
