Appointments

We have recently introduced a total triage model. This means that all requests for an appointment are reviewed by a clinician.  We offer a wide range of options to help you, such as a video consultation or phone call, directing you to self-help resources or offering a face to face appointment. 

If you would like to book an appointment please go to the eConsult section of the website; this will help us to provide the correct service to meet your needs. All eConsultation requests are reviewed in timely fashion and will be responded to by the end of the next working day at the latest.  This avoids having to wait in a queue on the phone.   If internet access is a problem, please call and a member of our reception team will ask you some questions to ensure that we get the information we need to help you.

Face to Face Consultations

If a face to face consultation is required we will arrange this. Please note that at present strict social distancing measures are in place at the surgery and we ask you to follow the instructions that will be sent to you. Please do not arrive early for your appointment and maintain appropriate social distancing outside the building whilst you are waiting to be let in. 

Cancel appointments

Please let us know as soon as you can if you need to cancel an appointment. You can do this online, by replying to the appointment reminder text you will receive, or by calling us on 01453 764 222.
